  A few weeks back I had a chat to a worker under the name of Xavier, in Bob Jane T-marts Traralgon, I asked for a few prices on a couple of different tyres, he gave expertise advice, and knowledge about tyres, we soon zoned down to a tyre (BF Goodrich Ko2 All terrain). He made me aware of the sale and gave myself a quote as requested. I decided to have quick search for the best price for that tyre the following day around the area. No one could beat it so I came in after work to discuss when I could get the tyres fitted and a wheel alinement, he said I I could get them on that night the time being 4:30-4:45pm , I was impressed that he was able to do this but made it clear that I didn't want staff to be stuck working overtime as the day was close to being over, still he had made it clear that it was more then fine and all went ahead, 35-40 minutes passed and I came back paid for the tyres then sat down, not even 5 minutes later all was down. Can't believe the length your staff went to, just satisfy one customer. Extremely impressed and happy with the work done by the staff that fitted the tyres as well as Xavier. first time I've gone to bob jane t-marts and defiantly won't be the last. Highly recommend dropping in you to get new tyres.

  Bought tyres off this store on the weekend, the staff there were excellent, very friendly and gave me a fantastic recommendation on my tyres as well as a deal that had me book it in on the spot!! All this while dealing with a customer that in my opinion was being rude and arrogant from start to finish for no reason... new owners are doing a great job, keep it up guys :)
